Shipping information

UK Delivery

Orders in the UK are shipped with Royal Mail or Couriers depending on size, weight and/or value, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 
Free shipping within the UK is valid on orders over £75.

Most orders will be shipped Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail aim to deliver items for this service the next working day after dispatch. These are target delivery times and cannot be guaranteed.

The Art of Laura Miller is not liable for deliveries that fall outside of these estimated timeframes, and Royal Mail does not offer compensation for delays against these service targets.

Estimated date of delivery is shown at checkout, this is not guaranteed and occasionally lead times may be longer. We will provide updates on the website if there are occasions in which shipping will be delayed or on hold due to holidays, sickness etc. Please remember this is a small business and run by one person. 

If you need to receive your order sooner than estimated date at checkout please contact us and we can discuss other options as an additional cost. 

International Delivery

USA & Canada

• Estimated delivery: 5-15 days, depending on service selected
• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only
• Customs duties and import taxes may apply, depending on the service chosen

From 28th August 2025, changes to US customs regulations mean that all parcels entering the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes. 

All US orders will be sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), this means that any customs duties or import taxes are calculated and included at checkout.
You’ll see these costs as a clear line item before completing your order, so there shouldn't be any unexpected fees or delays once your parcel arrives.

Australia & New Zealand

• Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient

EU/Europe

Unfortunately we are not able to offer shipping to the EU at this time, we are reviewing the situation regularly and hope to offer this again in the future.
